Magnus & Myggen is the Danish title of the franchise. Magnus is a common Danish boys name[1]. Myggen directly translate to The Mosquito.
As far as it's known, all games, series and books were created in Danish and developed and published by Ivanoff Interactive. It has since been co-published and further developed by a unknown number of companies, including Pan Vision and Krea Medie. In November 2012, most of Krea Medie (including this franchise) was sold to Egmont Kids Media[2].
